MOST ITEMS SHIP OUT FROM OUR SHOP IN 2-5 BUSINESS DAYS
Once your order has been shipped an email confirmation will be emailed to you along with a tracking number to track the arrival of your wicked custom apparel order.
If 1-day processing and priority mail is selected at checkout your order will ship out the following business day and will ship via 2-3 day mail.
In some cases it may ship 2 days after your order is placed. In that case we will ship your order express mail 1-day.
Please message us directly if you need your order expedited. We will be more than happy to accommodate.
Back Prints are only available in white or black inks for $9.
International customers please be aware
For International orders (outside of USA) Please make sure the address entered is correct.
- We use USPS First Class Mail
- We are not responsible for any orders that are returned to us (returned to sender)
- We stress the importance of making sure the address is entered correctly as the chances of your order getting lost is highly likely if any detail is missing.
We cannot control the customs process which is controlled by your country
In some cases orders can be held for up to 3 weeks before delivery
Duties imposed by your country are also not included in our prices and may be collected at the time of shipment by your country
All products that are listed on the site not part of the custom section, may be returned for a refund or exchange. If you would like to have your order refunded, we will refund the product cost, not for the shipping cost. There will be a 12% service/restocking fee for refunding your order. Returns are accepted up until 30 days after order delivery date indicated in the carrier tracking information. (Ex: Order is delivered 3/1, until 30 days later you can request a return, 31 days is past the window of time.) Return postage is paid by customer and must have tracking information. An RMA# must be issued to you in order to send back your order. You may visit a US Post Office, UPS or FedEx location or a drop off box to send your order back to us.
